Buying my VW Polo has been a fine process, I would happily rate this dealership 4 out of 5, there was minor things that could have been a little smoother, but I am overall happy with the car.

I thought the people at Premier Car Derby were really nice and polite to deal with. From the get to the experience has been great. I have not encountered any issues, I was just missing a parcel shelf but I'm sure if I chased it up they would sent it to me with no issues at all. Really great people!

So happy with the condition of my Ford Focus, when I first go it, it was perfect, so clean and tidy and int he best condition possible.The only thing I have noticed that's missing is the manual but I'm sure the team will have no issues with sending it out. Janad was highly accommodating and showed great attention to detail as you can tell by how spotless the car was.
