I'm happy to report that everything is running smoothly so far. I am enjoying driving the car as it runs nicely and overall, it is very nice. The customer service at the dealership, contrary to my initial expectations, was not daunting at all. In fact, they were welcoming, friendly, and everyone there was lovely. It was a really good experience. The car was nice and tidy, just as expected and described. Overall, I would rate my experience a 5 out of 5.

I had been down to Premier Car Super Market quite a few times before I purchased the car, the reason I went back to Premier Car Supermarket to buy the car was because no one hassled me no one mithered me and no one tried to push/sell any extra things. The Vauxhall Mokka is a brilliant car and I am over the moon with it, slightly more expensive on fuel than I expected but other than that the car suits be perfectly. I would rate Premier Car Supermarket a 5 stars, because of the non pushy experience I had! Thank you.

The team down at Premier Car Supermarket have been incredible, I purchased an amazing Golf which I am very pleased with, I am so glad I went with the golf and I am happy with my choice! I purchased a Ford Kuga from Premier Car Supermarket in Derby and everything has been running smoothly since then, with no issues at all. The customer service was pretty good, with helpful and friendly staff who were welcoming. In fact, I recently mentioned to my wife that I would purchase from them again. Overall, it was a good experience and I would rate them a 5 out of 5. Good stuff!

So far so good with the Renault Captur, the team were helpful and friendly. I did have to drive 2 and half hour's to get it but it was worth it in the end. The car is great and the customer service was brill. I never give full marks because I believe there is always room for improvement, lets go with a high 4!

I unfortunately wrote off the Ford Fiesta and no longer have it, but during the time I had it, the car was great. I didn't encounter any issues with it before the accident, which was not my fault. The customer service was helpful, friendly, and kind. Overall, I have nothing negative to say about them. I would rate them a 5 out of 5 as there were no issues at all.

I first saw the car advertised on the website, with a not saying photos to follow. As soon as the car was ready, Josh contacted me immediately, sending me photos and a video. We then spoke on the phone and Josh reserved the car for me until I get to view it a few days later. This gave me such reassurance that I would be the first to view. Josh encouraged me to bring someone who knew about cars with me, he let them have a good look over the car before we decided to purchase. Josh”s communication throughout the purchase has been exceptional, polite, responsive and never pushy. I picked the car up today, Josh greeted me with a smile and a coffee, talked me through the paperwork and I drove away in my sons first car, which I know he will be over the moon with.
