I am loving the the BMW 2 Series, it is an amazing car, drives great, its speedy and handles well. I test drove the car and that was brilliant. I was able to take the car off and get the feel of it before the deal was done, During this there was no pressure put on me at all, everybody answered my questions and was always available for help. Based on my experience I would purchase my next car from here because of how brilliant this experience was. I cant recommend enough!

Premier Car Supermarket delivered a brilliant level of customer service whilst I was down at the dealership. I was pleased that they were accommodating yet left me to my own devices when I took the Fiesta out. It was there and then I knew I wanted to take the car home. I loved the drive of it, I liked that it's a bit faster than my old car and I was very pleased with how spotless the car was, the inside was so fresh. I needed some warranty work doing on the car but it was no hassle for the gents and I am happy with the way that has being seen to!

I think the stigma and stereotypes around car dealers and dealership are still very old school, it could easily put you off buying from a second hand car garage, however these guys prove that stereotype doesn't apply to every car dealership because there was absolutely non of that pushy behaviour, no hard sell tactics and was all very professional. The price was the price and there was no stress on me buying additional extras. I came into this dealership thinking I would need to be on my toes but I really didn't, I had lovely lovely staff dealing with me that were so helpful and was ready to help with anything at all times. The process - very quick, very easy. Done n dusted in a day. This is how cars should be sold, very pleased.

Just want to say that I have no issues or no complaints what soo ever. You guys have been literally amazing with me from the get go, I had a slight issue with the car, so I called you guys up, you said take it to a garage and that you will cover it and that's how it went and that's what I did. I am so happy with the way this was rectified, it couldn't of been dealt with any better. Your guys even picked me up from the train station, it was brilliant. A pretty perfect experience to be totally honest. I saw the car online and 3 days later it was mine! The car was very well presented on arrival and ready for me; clean, tidy.. you know all that jazz. I met Kyle there, who I had communicated with via phone previously. He was ace in everyway. From the moment I stepped foot in the dealership Kyle knew his duties and sorted everything that needed to be sorted. He helped me out with anything I was unsure about and there wasn't a question he couldn't answer. A perfect service thanks to Kyle, thank you so much, what a guy!
