Rubbish killed my audi a4 65 plate went in for heater matrics and took all of my dashboard off and put it all over my car i pices video it show audi deals and they could not beleave what they did to my car the dealer ship at audi said it never be right and ask why do that thats not what u do cowboys they said. so keep your cash and pice of mind stay away enter at own risk

I believe you were very hasty in your review, the dashboard had to be removed to complete the replacement of the matrix. You now have your car back with your heater working and everything back in place as it should be all covered by our warranty.
BUYER BEWARE! Premier Car Supermarket have zero concept of basic customer service/fair treatment, plus totally incompetent regarding vehicle condition. Purchased 2013 Audi A6 in December 2017 from Premier Car Supermarket (PCS). Paid over £200 to have delivered to my work address. As buying remotely, had several conversations re condition and maintenance history of vehicle before agreeing to purchase. Assured vehicle was fault free and supplied with full 3 month warranty that DID NOT require vehicle return in the event of a fault – i.e. local repairer could be used as a ‘proper’ warranty would be supplied. Clutch judder evident upon first drive post vehicle delivery. Paperwork supplied contained invoice from Audi Main Dealer addressed to former keeper noting clutch judder and REPLACEMENT CLUTCH SYSTEM REQUIRED! No warranty paperwork supplied. Raised complaint. Complaint immediately refuted (Craig Bedder) citing supplied AA ‘multipoint inspection report’ (most consumers know these are not worth the paper they are written on).Request for warranty paperwork ignored. Next raised complaint through Finance Company due to obstructive response from PCS. PCS only conceded vehicle supplied with a fault once Finance Company got involved – they then wanted to ‘inspect’ the vehicle. PCS requested vehicle delivered back to them at my cost – c. 2 hour drive from home/3 hours from work. Refused and again asked for promised warranty – again ignored. PCS eventually (after many months) insisted warranty was ‘in house’ offering only. Finance Company insisted returning vehicle was only option to resolve. Rejected due to lack of faith in PCS - complaint referred to Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). 15 months later complaint resolved in my favour. Reputable local repair funded by Finance Company plus some compensation. Lack of faith in PCS and refusal to allow them to ‘repair’ vehicle deemed by FOS to be entirely reasonable under circumstances, i.e. poor service/conduct from PCS from the outset resulted in an understandable lack of faith in them conducting any repair with integrity. - Premier Car Supermarket supplied vehicle with a totally evident fault. - Premier Car Supermarket initially dismissed complaint and continued to be ‘difficult’ once told by Finance Co they couldn’t refute fault. - Premier Car Supermarket refused to supply promised warranty. - Premier Car Supermarket ignored a Data Subject Access Request for call recordings – only responding once a complaint re their lack of response was raised with Information Commissioners Office. Call recordings unavailable apparently. See other customer reviews re vehicles supplied with faults and PCS poor approach to rectification/repair quality. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

Premier Car Supermarket are very pleasant and helpful face to face but I logged a complaint/inquiry 2 months ago and again a few days later and nobody is getting back to me. They are more than happy to take your money but if there is a problem don’t expect this crowd to answer or return calls.
Appalled by the attitude of Craig Bedder, Premier Car Supermarkets ‘manager’. He spoke to us with a horrific attitude and made us feel a centimetre tall by literally telling us how wrong we were when asking about a car on finance. The website offered a monthly price.. which we wanted, but he shot us straight down and told us that it clearly states that we can’t have it on finance. (Which it didn’t) We’ve never stormed out of anywhere, but Craig was really on another level... He is literally the most horrendous sales manager I have ever seen.

Tried to part ex my car for one we’d seen at Premier Car Supermarket when passing. The young lad we dealt with originally was very good. Unfortunately he had to call over his manager to confirm prices and the offer. He was unbelievably rude, spoke to us like we were idiots for not seeing that the car was ‘part ex to clear’ and therefore couldn’t be financed. Despite their website giving the monthly price of the car. Extremely rude.
If you are female and under 30 DO NOT go to this dealership. I was spoken to by the staff appalling and was made to feel extremely uncomfortable and patronised despite arriving with an £8000 car to part exchange, cash and knowing exactly what I wanted to purchase. I will never be going back to Premier Car Supermarket.

I bought a Chrysler from here in February. The car was in good shape but the the car broke down on the way home. I managed to get this sorted without having to involve the dealership. The process of collecting the car was literally in and out and over and don't with in 10 to 15 mins. I wouldn't really recommend this dealership.
