Very straight forward and totally understanding staff. I was pleased I was able to test drive the car before I went ahead with anything, I test drove with no quibble at all they basically handed me the keys and left me to my own devices which I really liked. I couldn't of been more happy with the way I was dealt with and treated.

The guys gave me everything I needed- super helpful and full of knowledge and could answer any question that was fired at them. The car I choose was definitely the right thing to buy, the staff and the main person dealing with me made sure I got what was best suited for me. They were so courteous.. 5/5 based on my recent experience.

I purchased the Car from the Derby branch and all was fine, the car was for my daughter and she has been using the car quite a lot since we bought it, as she should! She is really enjoying driving it and its running smoothly for her which I am happy about. The process went well with no hurdles in the road. Nothing but tippity top marks.

Oh my god yes yes and yes. I am so so happy with with the car I purchased. Since I have had my new car I have been back onto he motorway and have really gained my confidence back. I had a Corsa previously and unfortunately it got banged up and after that it knocked my confidence when on the road. It was Ramadan at the time I purchased my car so I couldn't have a celebratory drink with the fabulous lads but the process was amazing, the customer service I received from Raj was incredible from start to finish, he made me feel so at home and relaxed. What stood out to me was that- it was about 30 mins before the dealership closed and not once did I feel rushed, Raj is one of the best sales advisors I have even come across and I would recommend him and the dealership he represents to anyone. A great, helpful and a very friendly service. I would highly recommend Premier Car Supermarket in Kettering, its a great place to buy your next four wheels from. I would rate PCS 4.5 because they were almost perfect- however no one is completely perfect and there is always room for improvement. P.S - I love the Vauxhall Mokka!

I had the most wicked guy dealing with me- by wicked I mean absolutely amazing. There was no ask to big or to small for him, he sorted everything out for me. He was non pushy and super helpful, he made me feel so comfortable throughout. The process of buying my VW Polo was just perfect, it couldn't of gone any better. Coming from a Bentley as my everyday car, its quite unusual for me to hop into something a bit bigger especially when it is not automatic. (The Jeep Renegade I purchased). The customer service was wonderful, I couldn't of been more satisfied with it. The staff were very much friendly, helpful and personable.

As a matter of fact I am very happy in every way. I bought the car for my son and he is very much enjoying driving his new motor. Hes getting used to is very well and hes always in it! All is good!
