Great customer service both during and after the purchase of my A-Class, Raj is a lovely bloke to deal with. The A-Class has given me no trouble, the only thing I have needed to contact them regarding was the service light needing to be turned off, which they did so within a couple of minuets and their sincere apologies! Would happily rate five stars due to how nice of an experience it has been.

My initial contact with Premier Car Supermarket was via their website and shortly following that they responded to me on email. All communication was clear and I was able to get a good understanding of the car and the process before I visited in person. When I did see the car it was just as described and I was more than happy to pursue the sale. I have owned the car for about a month now and I am still very impressed with it.

Do you know what I never give a full five stars, in my oppinion there is always room for improvement if you look closely enough. That being said it was a very nice experience - everything we hoped for and more. The Fiat 500 we bought is lovely, exactly what we were on the market for! Consider all the boxes ticked.
