Purchased an old shape audi a3 from them yesterday. They failed to mention the passenger window does not open. Also failed to mention that my break, reverse and headlights werent working? advertised sun roof - didn't have one. Good at hiding problems in cars. Be careful when buying with them. Basically feel somewhat ripped off by this dealer as he could of mentioned the faults to prepare me for repair costs.

i had really bad bad service with this company put 200 pound on a pt cruiser they made lots and lots of excuses for me not to pick up the car in the end said they would return my deposit guess what never received money back to me it is theft to me but i am not leaving it going to citizens advise on this matter

Left a deposit for a car. Lost every penny, no offer of a refund. Lost over £200!!! Avoid avoid avoid.

I viewed a landrover discovery paid £200 deposit on a o2 plate advertised at 68000 miles but had 71000 sunroofs didn't work was told they would sort them and was given several dates to change motors but I was told I would lose deposit if I backed out of deal but they backed out by not having work done but they kept deposit would not use or recommend then to my enemy or worst friend

I recently purchased for my daughter a Toyota aygo from prestige car sales.I can very honestly say that it was an absolute pleasure to deal with these chaps, from the pleasant and friendly greeting right up to collecting the car, and not to mention being collected from the train station. The car was fully serviced and PDI checked as they said would do. There was no pushy sales patter, no rush,they even helped my daughter source her insurance online and sorted the road tax.I would happily recommend them to anybody.Many thanks chaps, you are testament that there are some very decent used car dealers out there.

I purchased my BMW X5 from these guys, I viewed a few of there cars before committing myself to the x5 joe was more than helpful, most of there car from what I could see were 1 or 2 owners with full service history, I was recommended prestige car sales my a family friend and would defently recommend in the future......

I was after a very specific car, and had been hunting around for a long time, when I found it on their site. I called and went to see it. Straight away I was taken aback, as their website certainly suggests a very affluent higher end of the market, but when I got there, it was a tiny site, with most of the cars on the road. The people I dealt with were very cagey and were (not so subtlety) taking photos of me as if I was going to steal something. I asked if we could take the car out, after I had spent a good while looking round the car. When I asked, they seemed almost surprised and we very reluctant to take me out in it. I'm sorry but who spend 1000s on a car, and doesn't at least take a ride/drive in it before signing on the dotted line? Despite all of this the car seemed right (not wanting to cut my nose off to spite my face) so I entered into the agreement. Since then, they have done little or nothing to help with anything I have asked them, queries I've had, and never ever, call you back regardless and the messages you leave. Very unprofessional, and clearly only seeking to move cars on, with no car to the customer, as I imagine, you only buy from them the once. DO not purchase from this place unless you are 100% sure the car is right, and have done the necessary checks.
