I saw a Toyota Auris for sale at Prestige Cars Berkshire and went to have a look at it. Customer service is great and they are very helpful. The chap who I spoke with took his time to go thorough the functions of the vehicle and explained everything clearly. I was able to go out for a text drive in the Merc so I got a good feel for it before I committed to the purchase. All in all I am happy and would definately recommend and return myself.

The guys at Prestige Cars Berkshire were polite to deal with and got things sorted in a reasonable time. After the purchase I ran into a problem with the vacuum pump on the Mazda. I was able to come to a resolution that we were both happy with and they got the part sent out to me.

The gentleman who I dealt with was very helpful and informed me of all the workings of the car. He talked us through the warranty and AA cover which was very helpful. We chose to proceed with the purchase of an A Class and we are so pleased that we did. The car is just what we wanted.

There are no problems with the Polo I bought from here, it is a good car. Even though there was a little bit of confusion surrounding the day I was coming to collect the car and I ended up coming a day early. This didn't cause any problems and the car was still ready for me to take and the guys were all pleasant to deal with.
