Customer service is great and they are very helpful. The chap who I spoke with took his time to go thorough the functions of the vehicle and explained everything clearly. I was able to go out for a text drive in the Merc so I got a good feel for it before I committed to the purchase. All in all I am happy and would definately recommend and return myself.
