I purchased a car from Prestige Cars with the knowledge that the sound in the car was not working. It was in the purchase contract that this would be fixed as part of the sale. Prestige Cars did some things to fix it, but said there was one more requirement, to take the car to an Audi dealer to unlock the amp. They gave me a choice, take the car home and go to a local audi dealer to do this, or wait for the long weekend to pass and they will get it done with their audi dealer before giving me the car. Well, I was too excited and wanted the car, so I went with the first option. I took it to the audi dealer locally and they found out there was an issue with the amp itself. My contact from Prestige car, Sam, dealt with the audi dealers themselves and in the end told me to take it into them and get them to fix it regardless of the cost. Audi bought a new amp and had it fitted, something I believe cost over 1500 pounds. My cost, 0. The service was expected, but what I was amazed about was how easy it was to deal with Prestige Cars. Every time I called, they were very polite and were about getting the problem fixed without causing me any headache. I even called Sam during the Easter holidays, while he was on vacation outside of the UK, and he picked up, answered my questions and was very kind. I am American, and I have had a lot of problems dealing with services here in the UK, compared to what I am used to. This was by far the best service I have received. And the car itself, Audi A5 57 plate, very good value for what I paid. Thanks Prestige Cars.

I bought my car from Prestige cars since last year and have continued to receive great customer services from them. My car is an Audi A4 and I complained about the sat nav system tripping off. Prestige booked my car in with Audi and had the entire MMI system replaced at the cost of £2500. I am really pleased with the customer service and relations from them.
