I bought a lovely Mercedes Benz GLA recently and unfortunately after a week of buying it, I've had to isolate so I can't get out in it. What I did drive of the car, it was perfect, very very nice to drive. I was really enjoying it and I can't wait to get back in it, for now though - its looking very good on the drive. I'm really pleased with the car, and the customer service that came with it was exceptional. Helen looked after me and she was just lovely. She made the whole procedure easy and stress-free, it was very straight forward and it would be a pleasure to deal with Helen and Prestige Cars Kent again in the future.

This is the first time I've dealt with Prestige Cars Kent, and for a first time customer, I was treated very well, as though I was a long standing customer. The dealer was very friendly, kind and polite, they was always checking I was happy with everything and kept me fully up-to-date with the progress. I bought a Bentley Bentayga and the car itself is incredible, very pleased with it, it's just what I expected and when they delivered the car it looked pristine, inside and out - very happy. I have given 4* - not because I'm not pleased with the car or customer service, but just because I'm still waiting on the service history book, the guys are working on that for me. I would happily buy again from here and even recommend to others looking to buy a quality used car, with great friendly service!

I recently purchased a Range Rover from this dealership and I honestly cannot fault them or the car. Luke looked after me very well, he was helpful and friendly and extremely polite, very pleasant to deal with, I have recommended him already to a family friend. When the Range Rover was delivered it looked even better than the photos, it was shining, clean, tidy inside and out, it looked perfect. The delivery driver was courteous and bang on time too, everything went smoothly and was simple, a nice hassle free buying experience! Thanks Luke and team!

This was a strange process for me buying a car online without going to see and try it but AK (Amandeep Kalsi) made the whole process easy and pain free. He supplied a personal video of the car and the areas I wanted to look at in more detail and could not be anymore helpful in answering any question. They delivered the car to my house and pick up my old car which we part exchanged. This maybe the new way forward in car selling but I will be less worried next time and happy to use and recommend Prestige Cars and AK as a saleman

I’ve just purchased my second vehicle from Prestige Cars Kent. Very professional car dealer. the car I chose was described exactly and to say I’m happy, well, I’m over the moon. Philip (sales executive) who conducted the sale over the phone (because of Covid ) was extremely courteous and efficient. My vehicle was ready for collection on 8 February 2021 from their showrooms and you can tell it’s a very happy place to work for their staff. Because of COVID restrictions Philip still made the experience of collecting a new vehicle very delightful. I highly recommend Prestige Cars Kent as a very, very good motor dealer. Some car dealers just sell cars but Prestige Cars Kent have something special that makes it enjoyable to visit and purchase your new vehicle from. You won’t be disappointed.
