I just bought my car from "Prestige Cars Kent". As we all know, this is not the easiest time to buy a car because of all the restrictions and it not being possible to see the 'goods' in real live. I have to be honest...from the moment I called the dealership and spoke to Luke I knew I was going to be looked after. I felt he was not just there to try to sell me a car, but to gain my trust in him. Which I did. The sale was then passed on to Steve who was extremely professional and had a lot of patience with me. He guided me through all the virtual formality and like with Luke, he gained my full trust. I could tell he genuinely cares and wanted to help give me what I want. To finish, Mark delivered my car yesterday and was great. A true and gentlemen, extremely humble and very professional. I would highly recommend " Prestige Cars Kent" to anyone. Just purchased a Ranger Rover Evoque from Prestige Cars Kent and had a great experience. Luke Russell met us in the lobby, took my car in PX very swiftly and then began preparing the paperwork for the Evoque. The car itself was immaculate and they obviously know how to provide a service. They have a 'body shop' on-site so I believe they detail and valet their cars before every sale. The only criticism I have (not really their fault) because of COVID measures, we were only able to wait inside a small waiting room for the paperwork which was FREEZING. I was ok but my girlfriend was struggling, so just warm that room up! Harry from their team dipped in and out checking on everyone though, so that was good. A proper garage and not some cowboy car dealer - would recommend them to friends and family. Thanks again!

Craig took my initial call as staff were thin on the ground due to COVID. it didn’t stop him taking the time to produce a fantastic finance package and part exchange that allowed me to buy the car of my dreams. Steve took over on his return from COVID and ensured that the hand over and collection of my car was quick and seamless. The car is 4 years old but looked brand new, knocked out. Steve has gone on to deal with any questions and issues immediately, even on his day off! he always responds to messages and calls, you don’t get passed around. Steve and his colleagues are obviously passionate about their business and their customers, I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality high end car
