I always like to purchase my cars from a large dealer as I feel that the professionalism and aftersales is worth it compared to a private sale. Alex and the lady who dealt with the paperwork were friendly and chatty. Only reason for dropping a star is that the detailing wasn't perfect and I'm quite particular about my cars. I've managed a long drive down to Devon in the Discovery and it's been faultless.

So far so good with the Range Rover Sport. They were happy to go over the key points of the vehicle with us so that we could make an informed decision. All in all very good.

My Volvo XC60 is fantastic and the service from Alex and the team was brilliant. Even though we were late to collect the car on an evening when England were playing in the Euros they were still really accommodating and took their time to show us over the controls etc.

I'm happy with my Cupra Formentor and the service from Alex was good.

It was a smooth process and James was very nice. The Cupra was ready on time and Abbey was straightforward when doing the paperwork etc. The car needed a software update but they booked us in quickly and efficiently so I'd have to recommend their aftercare too.

I've been really happy with my Jaguar F-Pace. Paul, the salesman was great when we were buying the car. We were waiting a little on handover as they were so busy but once they were ready for us it was a pleasant experience.

I'm happy with my Mercedes GLC. Buying it was quick and easy, no complaints at all.

Everything is going fine so far with my Nissan. The car was ready on time and they took the time to show me how everything works.

Although I didn't have an appointment and it was busy Paul and the team really made me feel welcome and offered me all the help I needed to buy my Mercedes A Class. The overall service was great.

The guys were absolutely brilliant. I went over to view the Audi A4 without an appointment and it wasn't on the forecourt but Alex moved heaven and Earth to get it for us. What can I say? The car looked absolutely pristine so we were more than happy to buy it. I had to cancel my original appointment to collect the car as there was an issue with my bank but Prestige were very accommodating and Stacey was lovely to deal with on handover.
