Steve Oliver in particular was incredibly helpful from the very first call. He did his best to answer all questions and handled negotiations in an extremely polite and professional way. The car was delivered in an immaculate condition and once I noticed the boot cover was missing, Steve sourced a brand new one immediately and had shipped it straight to me without question. I'd recommend Prestige Cars Kent to anyone without hesitation.

Hi Luke Thanks again for your emails! I actually test drove one this week and although the C43 is a lovely car the C63 is definitely the one for me. I also found out this week Mercedes give 2 years warranty on AMG cars and the warranty is a big thing for me buying a car like this. Therefore I’ve decided only to buy through a main dealer. However, I just want to say thank you for your professional and helpful approach. From first looking at your website I got the impression of a great set up and really great team. I spoke to many dealerships but none have had the approach you have taken of being so proactive. I know it doesn’t count for much but service is a big thing for me and you’ve given excellent customer service. Thanks once again and all the best. Nick

We had a very pleasant experience at Prestige Cars when we purchased our Mercedes V Class just recently. Ross Arnold was very professional and my husband and I warmed to him straight away with his down to earth banter. When we collected the car, it had been valeted again for us and I have to say that the vehicle was absolutely immaculate. We had the experience of being on a test drive with Ross when unfortunately whilst he was stationery at the roundabout another impatient driver decided to try and squeeze down the side of us thereby scraping the car. Ross was very calm and professional when he dealt with the other driver swapping insurance details whilst continually checking on us that we were ok and apologising for the hold up. We had every confidence that the scrape would be sorted out for us when we picked it up and I can honestly say that we couldn’t see a single mark. The touch up job was absolutely superb! Thank you Ross :-)

Had a few problems from the beginning but as far as the service department they have been fantastic. Fixed and mended the issues within a few days. The rating is hard as it’s about start to finish but I would give the service department 5 stars on everything.

The Sales experience was excellent but the after sales customer experience is the best I've ever had. My recently purchased (2 months ago) Aston Martin showed a warning message 2 Hrs into a trip to Devon. Called Prestige who couldn't have been better. Car couldn't be driven but Karen (especially) and Thomas (behind the scenes) were excellent and sourced a replacement vehicle which was despatched immediately along with a flat bed truck to take the AM back to the service centre in Orpington. Arrived within 2-3 Hours as I was past Basingstoke on the A303 and transferred luggage and passengers to the replacement car (a new Tiguan) and picked up the AM. All the way through Karen kept me fully informed of progress and couldn't have been nicer. No one wants their car to develop a fault but all we can hope is that when it does it gets taken care of and I simply can't fault the service I received from Prestige Cars Kent and the car is now being fully repaired under the extended service plan I purchased without any cost to me. 100% recommend Prestige sales and service.

When buying a new car, you need people who know not just how to sell, but how to inform you about the car, update you on progress, enable you to feel comfortable about spending your money and building up trust. Selling hundreds of cars a year, usually with a Service Pack, has driven demand to provide car servicing. Whilst we have delivered this for a little while now, in early 2020 we were delighted to open our dedicated car Service Centre, just down the road in Orpington. With 13 service ramps, manned by main-dealer trained technicians using the latest equipment, our aim is to provide better service than a prestige main dealer at a considerably lower cost.
