In early March, I visited Prestige Cars Kent with the intention of test-driving a car I had seen online. Although the initial car didn't quite meet my expectations, I was pleasantly surprised by the wide selection available. Eventually, I settled on an Audi A5, and it has exceeded all my expectations. James, in particular, demonstrated exceptional salesmanship and made the experience seamless. Upon collecting the car, everything was ready to go, and I was soon on the road in my new Audi A5. I have spent so much time browsing online to find a car that was a good size but also offered a sleek design, and I couldn't believe my luck when I came across a stunning BMW 1 Series at Prestige Cars Kent. The quality of service I received mirrors the quality of the car I bought. The guys in the dealership were brilliant; they explained everything clearly, didn't put any pressure on me, and just let me take the time I needed to make sure the car was right for me. I was after a car that I could enjoy at the weekend. I spend most of the week in a work vehicle, so I thought it was time I treated myself to something for the weekends. My brother has a friend who went to Prestige Cars Kent, and he loves his car, so I thought it was only right to see it for myself. With the help of Paul, I bought a BMW 1 Series, and I can't thank Paul enough for all his help. He made sure to continually communicate everything to me and make sure I was happy from start to finish. The handover was quick and easy, and even when I had a few minor issues, they got them sorted out really quickly.

My daughter is friends with one of the girls who works at Prestige Cars Kent, so when I was in the market for a car, I went down to see them. They had so many stunning cars to choose from, but I saw a BMW 1 Series that I thought would be perfect. The ladies at Prestige Cars were really friendly and courteous; I couldn't fault them in any way. Collecting the car was really quick and easy, and Phoebe even spent the time to talk me through all the car's controls, which I really appreciated. 

Recently, I was in the market for a new car, and I saw that Prestige cars Kent had a BMW X5 in stock, and I was keen to check it out. Richard was the salesman I dealt with, and he was brilliant. He made sure the car was ready on time for me to collect. Since I picked up the car, I have been out in it every day, and I couldn't be happier.

Made the upgrade from a Caddy to an Audi A3 and wow, this is insane! What a wicked car and the service I got from Ross was good all around.
