My experience at Prestige Motors was a quick turnaround, which was good. I've been getting on well with the Skoda Karoq. There were a couple of things I would have liked to have been done, like the petrol cap gets stuck and doesn’t pop open sometimes, so it would have been a nice gesture if that had been resolved, although overall it was good.

Highly recommend prestige motors. Nigel was the person I dealt with. He was so helpful, he talked me through it step by step. Picked up my car quite quickly. I've been back there since looking for another car and spoke with the boss, not sure of his name but very friendly and helpful. Recommend prestige without hesitation.

The car has been great so far, I haven't had tons of use out of it just a few times a week for short journeys but everything seems to be fine so far. My experience at the dealership was fine, mostly. The only thing was a bit of a misunderstanding, I thought the chap I was speaking to on the phone had offered me £500 off the price, but when I actually turned up at the dealership to buy it, that had evaporated. It could have been my mistake, I am not going to let it spoil my view. Nigel was helpful in many ways, the car was spotlessly cleaned. In fact while I was in the dealership paying for the car, I noticed that they were working on other cars and touching tiny bit of paintwork damage, I thought that was quite impressive actually. If I was to rate my experience, I would give them a 4 just because of that one little miscommunication.

They were really professional they helped me out a lot so I was happy with that. Everything has been alright so far with the car, everything is alright. I would give them a 5.
