I’m going fine with the car. They had what I was looking for so l went to Prestige Motors Kent. Communication was ok as some emails went missing and ive not yet received the log book. Jake was great, he answered the questions about the car. Good service.

I saw the Audi and liked it so went to Prestige Motors Kent as I was particularly interested in A1’s. Very helpful staff. Paperwork, correspondence was quite smooth and if I needed help they were willing to help me. Marcin helped me. He was good friendly, helpful. If I needed anything he said to let him know. I would recommend them.

On the day of purchase it was really smooth, in an out within half an hour. I saw the car on Autotrader and Cazoo. Took car for a test drive and picked up few days after. Car was clean and how I expected it to be on collection. I have a few bit them to sort out but overall, my experience was fine.

My brother said he had seen some nice cars there so I went to Prestige Motors Kent. Communication was good. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Jake answered all my questions and helped explain the features of the car. I picked up the car the week after i'd seen it. Car was cleaned and washed when I collected. I’ve already told others about them.

I saw the car online and they had the car I wanted. The deal was all done as they said it would be. Did repairs as agreed. From contacting them to driving off was around 3 days. No problems at all. Jake was really professional, came across well. He delivered on all his promises.

Took me a while to work out the computer business but I’m getting on pretty well. Only drawback is no folding mirrors and no spare wheel. Apart from that, the car is something else, it’s abit too clever for me, its spot on. Its quiet and everything works as it should. Nigel in particular was marvellous, absolutely wonderful. He put himself out quite abit for me and went overboard. I’m over the moon. I’d be very much inclined to recommend them to others, nice to be looked after. No problem giving 5*. I’m exceedingly pleased with the help and assistance I received from Nigel.

Jake was a nice guy, extremely helpful, professional. He even took me to the post office to sort the tax out. Car is absolutely wonderful but the dealer never did the aircon and said must have missed it so I have a specialist company coming out. However, I had a really good experience. It’s a lovely showroom and the service quite good. I’d give 10 stars If I could.
