They were very helpful didnt pressure us at all. It was the car I wanted along. When it was time to pick it up it was immaculate inside and out answered all our questions. Would highly recommend them to anyone

It was my first time buying a car and I found it through a finance company. The car kept flashing the engine management light but I spoke to the dealer and they said to drive the car a long distance, something gets clogged up and needs to be cleared. I may have made the wrong choice but the sales guy Jack was a lovely guy. He was professional and very friendly and accommodating. Sometime when you walk into offices you feel tense but with him you can just ask what you wanted. I was expecting balloons but was told that’s for new cars so in future I’ll pay for a new car but to be honest, the service itself was excellent. I have so many friends I can recommend.

We like the car very much and are happy. Four stars as there was a chip in the window afterwards so we had to get that sorted but they were very good with the things we needed done. I would recommend them.

My old car was breaking and I saw the Citroen on Ebay so went to Phantom Motors. The sale guys Nigel was very nice, friendly, he explained everything, I couldn’t fault. It was a super easy process. They fitted us in just before closing to make an effort so we could see the car. They were really friendly and made it really simple, it was great.
