On the whole, my experience with Quality Part X has been great. The VW Touran is a good vehicle, I am going to make a minor warranty claim just for the heaters, nothing that is too much bother. Other than that, all is running perfectly well with the car I purchased and I am happy overall.

Quality part X were great, the salesman who helped me was very nice and helpful. I had a couple of issues with the car which they have fixed for me, only frustrating part was they initially said it would take a day but took 5. This may have been because of the Christmas period so ill forgive them!

I do love a bargain and a good negotiation, especially when it comes to cars. With Quality Part X I found them very fair and I defiantly got a good deal with the Ford. very pleased with the whole process! The only reason I haven't given 5* is well.. a funny story really. When my kids got in the car for the first time they found a mostly eaten sausage roll in the back of the car (Why wouldn't they have just eaten tho whole thing?) anyway as much as the kids laughed and its a silly story, as soon as I made Quality Part X aware they booked me in for a full valet on them and were very apologetic. Couldn't ask for more!

This is a really great dealership from start to finish. I can't remember the gentleman's name who looked after me but he was brilliant, and he actually helped us to find the perfect car. As well as the service, the car is running great, so far so good.

I nearly didn't buy a car from this dealer as I found another car somewhere that was closer to home, but after seeing the reviews, I wanted to take a look. I'm glad that I made the trip down, my BMW 2 Series has been faultless! Since I never saw the car in person, I was relying on the honesty of the team for the description of the car. Once the car was delivered I was very impressed with how tidy the car was and how the team described the car perfectly with no hidden surprises. What great service from this team from start to finish. The team were amazing to deal with as they really took everything I said into consideration. The car had a few details that needed sorting before I purchased the car, but these imperfections were amended on collection day. Since driving my Suzuki Swace home, it has been faultless and I am really enjoying the drive. However, I did notice that both key fobs were missing the actual key to manually open the car. After contacting Quality Part X, the team were quick to get this issue resolved and I had a manual key that arrived in the post the other day.
