Mechanically my car is amazing, and it has been since the day I got it. I can't remember the gents name who looked after me throughout the sales process but every member of the team were great and they were very patient, as I wasn't sure which car to go for. I picked the Vauxhall Mokka as I needed a big car for the family. The only issues I'm having with the car are that there is a funny smell in the car that I can't seem to get rid of.

I love my Audi A1, I was in the market for a smaller car and when I arrived at the Quality Part X they had a lot of cars to choose from. I went for the Audi A1 as I love German cars, it's small but also within my budget. So far, I've had no issues, and the car is spot on.

Quality Part X Dunstable were absolutely brilliant, there was no trouble whatsoever. The salesman was really good when I first came down to look at the MG HS and took it for a test drive, there was a few little bits and pieces that needed to be sorted out and they were all done when I went to collect the vehicle and the handover was really smooth. I love how this dealership take ownership of any small issues and are happy to resolve them. I will tell everyone about this dealership and I would certainly use them again.

The team at Quality Part X Stevenage got back to me within good speed about everything, they did not over complicate anything or try to mug me off with anything. The Vauxhall Corsa I got from them is doing very well and getting me from A to B anyway so I cannot complain can I. I was amazed at how courteous and professional these guys are. When I first got my Ford Focus from you there was a problem with the engine management light on the car. I told them about this and they were on the ball to get this fixed for me very quickly and the car has been running flawlessly since.
