I called R&W enquiring about a Range Rover Vogue I saw on their website that just sold that morning (just my luck)! However they sent me a range of alternatives on my email and low and behold I found my dream car. There was no sales pressure and they were really friendly and handled everything for me. I bought car from w and r motors which not fit for purpose and refused to fix problems Waleed said that car 15 years old Untrusted this trader, please have your car checked and diagnosed before releasing payment otherwise will be disappointed by this seller.

Dear sir I do clearly remember dealing with you but you have not been honest with your review. Firstly our reputation is second to none online and with trading standards. You refused to purchase the extended warranty and wanted us to cover a vehicle battery that was clearly working fine when you bought the car. Diagnostics have confirmed that you have let the battery on the car run low. We always encourage customers to purchase the extended guarantee as the standard warranty will only cover the engine and gearbox as per our website and you have signed to opt out of the autoprotect warranty product that would have covered your low battery had you paid to take the cover out. I’m sorry if you felt disappointed but when a customer opts out of the extended warranty purchase it is not something we can be held responsible for. I would like to discuss this matter with you and I have tried to call but cannot get through. Please call us 01753655566

Further to my last review I can confirm that R&W have with no obligation agreed to have my vehicle repaired as a good will gesture. I have attempted to remove my old review but cannot seem to do it. I guess I jumped the gun, credit due to its owner Waleed and his team. I will be back to buy another vehicle when the time is right! Thank you R&W the best ever
So a year later i've gone back to R&W Motor Company for their exceptional service and unique stock of vehicles. This time i bought a BMW X6 40D . The car has every option you can think and this is why i came back to see Waleed as he sources the best of the best. Great customer service as always - Aftercare again perfect. Had a slight wear and tear issue but Waleed covered the costs and had this sorted . Highly recommended Dealership.
