Cars don't have full history and they will not give refunds on purchase & deposit. Currently in communication with Trading Standards for my own bad experience. Be careful with Radley Motor Company.

Bought a car from Radley Motor Company. Nothing but problems with vehicle, from day 1 refused to take back Had to scrap car as would cost over £3600 to fix. Still stuck with £5k debt thanks to these idiots. Avoid at all costs No help just bull. If I could give zero stars I would

First and foremost can you please say who you are in order for us to identify when you had visited us or which vehicle you had been interested in or purchased. It is important for us as a respected family business to ensure we follow up any negative feedback and try to rectify any issues our customers face. With regards to some of your comments I would like to assure all customers that our cars are RAC APPROVED . The 6 month warranty covers electrical, mechanical and parts and labour cover. Further to this, our cars are PUT THROUGH A HEALTH CHECK . As stated above we are a family run business with an ethical and moral approach cascading over a decade of selling used cars.To end we are happy to discuss any disagreements or any aspects of poor customer service face to face because we value feedback to improve our quality services spanning over a decade.

I have just picked up the second vehicle I have purchased in 12 months from Radley Car Centre. They provide a great service and more important always do what they say they are going to do . Wouldn’t go anywhere else
If there was a way to click on Zero I so would. Radley Motor Company are your local crooks. DO NOT LOOK AT THEIR FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS. I took the car home to find out WRONG MILAGE. CAR WAS PREVIOUSLY INVOLVED in a accident. None of this was disclosed. I AM FUMING WITH ANGER. RUINED MY SUMMER HOLIDAYS. HARD EARNED CASH STOLEN. ........ STAY AWAY PLEASE AND IF YOU HAVE HAS A BAD EXPERIENCE PLEASE WRITE SO THEY GET SHUT DOWN.
I just Bought my Bmw from here a few days ago.No pressure at all answered any questions i had. Had a minor issue a few days later they got my car straight in sorted the issue no cost and I was back on the road the same day. A very honest and professional business. Thanks guys
