The staff at RDM are very approachable and friendly, they took their time to go through everything with me and make sure all t's were crossed and all i's were dotted. The dealership is quite a distance from where I live but I would make the journey all over again to buy my next car with them. The nicest and most respectful dealership I've visited.

I used RDM recently to buy my first Jag, I'm so pleased with it, it a lovely runner. Without a doubt it's a bit of a head turner. The lads at the dealership were perfect I couldn't have asked for anything more from them. The car was fully serviced and MOT'd for me nice and quickly when I bought it and in a clean condition. I had a little issue with the car but nothing major, the dealership are sorting this out for me, and really quickly too! They have bene great with everything, so no complaints from me. I recently bought a Nissan X-Trail from RDM Direct as a family car for my wife and I to share. We're both delighted with the car, its fit the bill perfectly all round. This is my first time using RDM and I found everyone to be very accommodating and helpful. I purchased a Peugeot 2008, it was the best on the market price, condition and age wise but I had no way to collect it. I contacted the dealership and they were great, they kindly arranged a delivery to my home address in next to no time. The car arrived just like described and has been lovely ever since. Will happily return in the future.

Really pleased with RDM as a business, they stuck to everything they said and delivered excellent customer service. A full service was included when I bought my Caddy which was fully appreciated, they made sure it was spot on condition. I was kept up to date and well informed during the process of buying it and they always returned any calls or messages. No hesitation in returning, goes without saying, of course I'd recommend!
