Purchased a NISSAN JUke from Redbrook nearly 4 yrs ago have just part exchange it, at the time we got a very good deal from them the Nissan Juke has run brilliantly for nearly 4 years apart from the obvious tyres, brake pads etc found them very friendly and provided good service so personally very pleased with the car and the deal we got from them at the time Jim.

Please do not buy from Redbrook Motor Company. We have had a year from hell after buying a car from them that was not fit for purpose. In fact, after taking it to a local garage we were advised to stop driving it as it was a death trap! Do not buy from this garage. Other garages are available, who will treat you better and provide a much better service.

HIGHLAND MOTORS ROCHDALE use to be REDBROOK MOTOR COMPANY (same people different name to get away from there bad practices), went to view a few cars and found them to be of poor quality and offered us one as Trade with no warranty so alarm bells started ringing, did a bit of homework on the Internet and found out why they were so eager to get my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BE AWARE, bought a car from here and had nothing but problems, in less than 24 hours the problems started. I had to get the car to them to be fixed which took a week as they had to order a part only to find out later that no part was even fitted they cable tied my gears making it dangerous, I called them back to tell them and there not interested just tried fobbing me off again telling me what do you expect with high Milage so basically the car shouldn't have been sold but scrapped. They are not legit and have been reported to trading standards,

There was no pressure in regard to selling me the car from anyone at Redbrook, communication and honesty from this company was excellent. Found Redbrook Motors to be very helpful when I went searching for a car. I was undecided about which car to go for but I was afforded ample time and space. Bought a car from this company a couple of months ago. Waited until now to make sure everything is ok before writing a review. The car is great, absolutely no problems at all with it. Drives lovely, car had been well valeted, A previous reviewer suspected that any positive reviews were made up, not this one, I have no association with this dealer and have only ever seen them twice, once to look at the car and pay a deposit, the 2nd time to pick it up.

Visited a number of times to view various cars,eventually found exactly what I was looking for at the right price. A lengthy negotiation on the price of my part ex with WAZ and we came to a deal which i was happy with. A couple of things needed on my new car which were done and was ready for collection the next day. I cannot fault the service I received from all the staff and am very pleased with my new Mini Cooper S.
