Recently bought a car from this dealership. The staff were very helpful and I found them all to be very professional. The car was excellent and the price was at the lowest I found for that type and year of vehicle. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Redburn Motor Company and I will definitely be using them again when I next change my car. The after service has been brilliant also. Top quality service all round.
Bought a car that was advertised with a full service history from Redburn Motor Company. Turned out the logbook and service history were "to follow" which is quite common apparently. Logbook was "lost" and service history book was also "lost". I checked with main dealers and car did not have FSH. They ordered a new service book from the main dealer which they promptly lost again. Finally after almost 4 months of having the car and numerous phone calls (when they didn't pretend they couldn't come to the phone) with the totally uninterested two managers I finally received a replacement service book. Cars look good and they couldn't be more helpful until they get your money but then after care does not exist. A customer service course would not go amiss. I would NEVER buy another car from Redburn Motor Company.
From the moment of first stepping into this Motor Dealership, I have had excellent Customer Service, that I have never had from any other Motor Dealership in my driving career. The Manager and the staff and Michael Cunningham who I personally dealt with was super. The care and help as well as attitude to me as a customer was brilliant and I was made to feel at ease too. There was no pressure at all and the way I was made to feel whilst buying my car was 100% Customer Focused. I would have no hesitation to return to Redburn Motors Dealership again in the future. I would recommend them over and over again. You must go to this garage to buy a car as the cars are individually picked and in beautiful mint condition.

I have now purchased two cars from Redburn Motor Company and have been delighted with both the sale and the after sales service I received. When it comes to purchasing my next car Redburn Motors will be the first place I will look. I also use Redburn Motors to maintain and service my cars and have found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I have already recommend Redburn Motor Company to my family and friends.
Redburn Motor company were helpful and not over priced. The cars are good value for money and very affordable. Definitely come with my recommendation.

Found the dealer to be extremely helpful and they were efficient and friendly too. The only thing I guess I could negatively say is that they were mega busy and therefore a little preoccupied (is this a bad thing??) and the forecourt was very cluttered due to an over abundance of vehicles. Can't fault the service though. Highly recommend.
