The overall experience was smooth, and I'm enjoying the Vauxhall Astra. They did me a favour on the day, as I was going to sell my car somewhere down the road and was going to get a taxi. The salesman allowed me to keep the car whilst I got everything sorted, which I really appreciated. Based on my overall experience, I would recommend the dealership to others.

They were so kind at the dealership, I know a few people who are currently looking for a car, so I will be pointing them in the direction of RG Motors. In regard to the Astra, it has been brilliant. Compared to my only 10-plate seat, it is much better. I am happy with the car.

Getting on absolutely fine with the Nissan Juke. The salesman who we dealt with was fantastic. He answered all of our questions and looked after us. Five stars. There was nothing negative regarding the experience.

Everything on the day of the purchase was fine. We took it for a test drive, went through the paperwork and got the car the same day. After the purchase I did have to get a few issues resolved, which were done through the dealership. I would have hoped for better communication during this. Although everything was sorted in the end.
