The Car is perfectly fine at the moment. RG Motors has handled all issues and ensured they were quickly rectified. Their honesty and responsiveness really stood out—they worked hard to get the car ready for me on the same day. There were a few minor things I had to return to the dealership for, which I would have preferred to be highlighted at the time. That said, I appreciate I needed the car urgently and didn’t give them much time to prepare. I would definitely try them again if I was ever looking for another car in future.

I would rate my buying experience as a 5, I was very impressed by your service and I am very pleased with my Vauxhall Mokka. We went to South Wales and back and it was totally reliable , comfortable and fun to drive. What also impressed me was the fact that it's in such good clean condition for a 13 year old car.

The Hyundai I10 is getting on really well it very lovely to drive. I’m glad I brought it now due to the fuel prices going up and it's just a nice car to start driving in, to be honest, especially it's my first car! The customer experience was really really lovely especially as it was my first time buying a car. The guy was very nice he have us what we needed, and he was really truthful about the car.

Dealership experience with RG Motors was really good, really lovely. One week after collecting the Kia Rio it started making squeaking noise and it has been booked into a garage to have a look at. The person I dealt with at the dealership was either called Peter or Paul (sorry I can’t remember his name 😅) was super lovely and chatty, he felt very upfront. I’m only rating 4 stars at the moment as I’m waiting for the car to be fixed so the rating may be due to change.
