We went to RG Motors in Lincoln and they was extremely helpful, kind, knowledgeable, was very patient and took their time to answer all of our questions. We are over the moon with our new Ford Kuga. I bought a car from RG Lincoln a week ago, and I was very satisfied with their service. They allowed me to look over several motors without any of the stereotypical salesman pressuring. Then I was invited to test drive, again without any pressure. Having decided to buy a car, the process was quick and easy, these guys even take credit card which is a bonus. My only problem came when trying to update my car insurance. My firm was 2 out 5 for the delays and hassles. However RG motors quickly agreed to store my car on their premises while I got my insurance sorted, so that's why I've called them the extra mile guys (tm) I'm happy to recommend these lads, as not only great service, but even their cars are reasonably priced too. 5 outta 5 :)

Brought a little Citroen c1 about a month ago, no problems at all, the guy at reception( sorry forgot his name) was so polite and answered all of my questions politely. Was able to take the car for a test run and after the process was so easy went home with the car straight away :) highly recommend this dealership.

This is the 2nd time I got a car from RG motors, this time we got a Citron C3, and the car is nice to drive. I would use these again in the future without a shadow of a doubt. It’s such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

My C-Max is running really well. I have taken it on a big trip to Scotland already and ran really smooth with no problems. 5* service from RG motors too. They were really helpful during the process of buying the car and the after care.

I love my Ford Fiesta; it drives really well, and I have had no issues at all from the car. The staff at RG were really welcoming and there was no pressure from them to purchase anything we were just left to it. I would rate them 4* and would also recommend using RG motors.

We bought the VW Passat from RG Motors back in July and we are really enjoying the car. The garage was really friendly and have been a massive help even after the sale of the car. Any questions we have had have been answered promptly. I would use these again.

My Hyundai is running well, it is clean looking, ideal for what I need, I do not do many miles in my car now that I am retired. I only need it to nip to the shop in, it is automatic which really helps with my mobility. RG Motors were really friendly and talked me through any questions I had before purchasing the car from them. I could not recommend this dealership anymore to everyone.
