Being completely honest... I did find a small issue with my Astra after I purchased it, which to be fair wasn't RG Motors fault. However, I went back as it was newly purchased and they were very good in resolving the issue, they did everything they could and probably a bit more to help me out and get it rectified. My Astra hasn't put a toe out of line since it was last looked at. Its a pleasant dealership to deal with and they were helpful and approachable throughout the whole process. I can't fault, these things happen and its nice to see a dealership handle something so well for once.

The customer service I received at RG Motors was excellent. I bought a Ford Mondeo and it is lovely! I have already recommended RG Motors to a family member on the market for a new car themselves.

I love my little Suzuki Swift, I must admit I am taking a bit of time adjusting to driving it but its all part of the new car process! I will get there eventually🙊 Everyone at RG was lovely, very helpful and always on hand to help. I enjoyed chatting to them while I waited out the hail before my test drive. I was nervous enough about the test drive without the hailstone so I appreciated being made to feel welcome and comfortable until the weather eased for me. I am happy to pass on the recommendations to other nervous drivers/buyers, I felt safe and confident buying my car here.

I was in need of a reliable car quickly and RG Motors were really helpful with my situation, they were straight talking when it came to the cars I was viewing and got me in a Fiesta that fit my criteria in no time. All staff were friendly and chatty which put me at ease, it made the whole experience pleasant. I would return to this dealership for another vehicle and I'd be confident I was buying from a genuine group of people.

My Range Rover was absolutely spotless when I went to collect it, it was well polished and was gleaming inside and out, it looked brand new, for its age I was super impressed. The customer service was spot on as well, they were such a nice bunch of people and were very easy to get along with! I would happily pass on my recommendations for RG Motors, they were great to deal with and they sold me a belter of a car!

I cannot find a single fault with my new to me, Fiesta, it is a fantastic little car and is extremely fun when driving. It is great on the roads and is very good on petrol, (which is great for this day and age!) The team were really friendly and and helped me out a lot. Without a doubt I would definitely return again, it was a great experience!
