One of the best dealerships I've ever dealt with, I cannot fault them what so ever. The guy I deal with was really really nice, he was helpful, didnt rush me, just a total breath of fresh air dealing with these, I felt welcome and at ease not the usual daunting feeling. I bought a Renault and a few weeks after I had a problem with the battery, I called and they came out to me straight away, looked over, dropped a courtesy car, took my car back, fitted a brand new battery and dropped it back off - I was amazed at how quickly they sorted this, absolutely 10/10.

RG Motors is such a good dealership, we purchased a car from them around 7/8 years ago and recently bought a BMW 520D - we needed an interim car, and wanted to buy cash for now. Its great, its exactly what we needed really happy with it. The customer service was really good, smooth and straight forward. The guys are willing to go the extra mile for you... we wouldn't have gone back if we were not happy with their service and products. Very happy to recommend to others.

I bought my previous car from RG Motors, so when I was ready for an upgrade I contacted them to see what they could do. They was so helpful and welcomed me down to have a nosey and discuss trading in. I found a Volkswagen Golf and it was immaculate - it looks absolutely perfect, I fell in love with it and agreed to buy there and then. They exchanged my car and made the whole process simple. I didnt really have to do much - it was stress-free and very quick, no messing. I'm over the moon with the Golf I love driving it. I highly recommend RG Motors and again will be back when ready for an upgrade!

Fantastic dealership, helpful, polite and nothing was any hassle. I bought a VW Polo and haven't had a complaint since, its a lovely car and very nice to drive - its modern lots of technical functions to get my head around, but enjoying getting it know it. I just purchased my first ever car from RG Motors, I chose a Suzuki Swift and mainly because of the really low tax (£30pa). I absolutely love the car, it really fuel efficient too, I've done a few long journeys and its comfortable to drive I'm enjoying it. The salesman was really really good, he had some much information and was really helpful. This dealership is local to me so its great Ive found somewhere I will buy from again.
