I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Vauxhall Astra from RG Motors in Lincoln and I must say it has been an absolute delight. From start to finish, the entire experience was top-notch. The dealership staff went above and beyond, they were polite, friendly, and welcoming. No high-pressure sales tactics—just genuine assistance. Unlike some other dealerships, the team at RG Motors in Lincoln respected my space, they provided information without being pushy or aggressive which made the whole process stress-free. While my experience was excellent overall, I believe there’s always room for improvement. Hence why I’ll give it a solid 4 out of 5 stars, no one is perfect and I reserve the highest marks but these certainly did come close.
