Sticking with the Ford brand which has served us well in the past, we opted for a newer model Fiesta, and it's been nothing short of brilliant. Nina was brilliant, she was very bubbly, friendly and helpful. Cant fault the sales process and very happy with the car now, communications were a little slow when arranging to have a paint chip sorted, but other than that it was as good as it gets. Didn't put me off, there much more positives than negatives so I'm happy to recommend.

Couldn’t be happier, Nina was courteous, professional and very welcoming. I found the whole process stress free, and every step was explained in detail, My Fiesta is perfect apart from a small squeak on the suspension very occasionally, but will be taking in to get them to check when I find a minute. If the aftersales is anything like the sales process I'm confident they will sort it if it needs attention. Can highly recommend.

Nina was absolutely fantastic. If anyone is nervous about buying a car go to Nina, I found her to be extremely helpful, not pushy and have to say it was best car buying experience I've had ....Ever! I've already recommended this company to other people. With regards to the car, really pleased with that also, but the service side of things was second to none.
