After finding the Ford Ranger on Autotrader. I’ve always liked the look of them, and it was everything I was after. There wasn’t really anything in particular that stood out at the dealership, but everything was done that I wanted. I’d recommend them to others based on my experience.

Definitely buy from them again, I already knew what I was looking for, and my daughter found it for me. Everyone was great. Whilst I was there, we spoke to a few different people.

I’ve always wanted a Ford Ranger, I recently bought one from Roadstar. I think it was Paul who I dealt with, and he was sound. It was good.

I bought a Defender from Roadstar, and it’s been all good so far I’m really enjoying it and haven’t had any issues at all. I didn’t actually visit the dealership, as the whole process was done over the phone, the guy who spoke to me over the phone was good. It was about a 10–15 minute handover with no issues.

Its the best.

All is good, the Ranger is doing fine. I’ve had a small issue with one of the lights on the roof cracking while on the motorway. Nikola was absolutely fine, the whole sales experience was perfect!

Dealership experience was very good apart from the initial sort of hiccup of traveling down there thinking I could bring the vehicle away with me that day. Other that the dealer experience was very good and the Ranger hasn't had any noteworthy faults.

I’ve had some issues with the blowers in the car where the back is on full blast and the front is barely on. The warranty is good as the advised I can take it to any garage and whilst it's under the warranty, they'd refund me. I did feel like the communication has dropped a bit after I left the deposit however prior to that the communication was great.

I have had all kind of smaller cars before and I drive trucks for a living so when I'd get out of a bigger vehicle into a smaller one I felt that I was sat on the floor haha. I needed something a bit bigger. I am finding the Ford Ranger nice it feels good, it is nicer than what I expected. I was expecting it to be a bit like a truck, a bit clunky and big but it drives as good as a car does. It is really good, very smooth drive. The guys at the dealership were as good as gold, couldn't be more helpful. I think what persuaded me to get the vehicle was the care and how their cars were kept, you can go to a dealership sometimes and think the worst. But they were very professional, it says it all with the big brands sat out the front. They have nice looking cars, the big brands also, it shows they are doing something right, more than anything. 5/5.

Everything has been fine in regard to my new vehicle, spot-on, can't fault it. It's the same again in regards to my experience at the dealership, spot-on, couldn't fault them, really helpful. It took about 7-10 days, which is about normal really, as we had a little bit of extra stuff done and then it was just sorting finance out more than anything else really. We have had Discoveries before, we just liked the look of the Defender we got, it had a few extra bits on and whatever, so we just went for it. We viewed it in person, took it for a test drive, that was spot on again, I would give them a 5 overall.
