Really nice guy and fairly priced cars, spot on

This guy is the real deal, trustworthy and true to his word. I brought a Mercedes C class and after driving it away the traction control went I called Rob and told him, immediately he told me to bring the car back he then sent it off for diagnostics found the faults and had them corrected at his own cost giving me copies of the receipts. The whole time it was away he give me a courtesy car and was in constant contact giving me all the updates you could need and want. Not often do you find a second hand car dealer with so much integrity and decency I will 100 percent be using Mr Rob Allen for my cars in future.

What a man to deal with could not be any easier does not push or feed you full of crap like the ones that just want your money. would 100% recommend any one to use. Thanks again rob allen cars and family.

Brought an absolutely fantastic 2015 C Class Coupe from Rob, a month ago this Friday13th, I absolutely love everything about it, You do not have to go to a huge glass and Chrome dealership to find decent cars, Rob's business is basically in the country near Radstock, and all of his stock is beautifully presented, and at very competitive prices, From start to finish I was treated, in a way that a lot of larger dealers, should take on board, I travelled from London on the train, and Rob very kindly sent Sam to collect me, we arrived at The Garage and Rob greeted us, within a few minutes, it was like we had all known each other for ages such is the no pressure, genuine atmosphere, that exists, at Rob Allen Cars, I would have absolutely No problems recommending them to anybody looking for clean well presented cars at a great price. I WAS DEALT WITH IN A PROFESSIONAL AND VERY COURTEOUS MANNER. I DID HAVE A LITTLE NIGGLE WITH THE DOOR LOCKING BUT MARCUS LENT ME A CAR AND FIXED IT WITHOUT FUSS.
