We collected our 420D on Saturday and Natalie was brilliant throughout! The process of buying the car was really easy all information requested was sent over really quickly. Really good car qualities, service is amazing from point of contact all the way to purchase. Would highly recommend to any car lovers especially mercedes lovers.

Although we never met, Natalie was very professional and knowledgeable over the phone. The hand over experience could be improved. I was waiting 1 hour to collect my car and no staff member offered us drinks whistlst we wait. No vending machine either which I found a bit odd considering people are collecting prestige cars. 5 star review for Natalie and the car.
