I was in the market for a replacement car having had my previous one stolen. I had bought that car new and wanted to use the insurance money to buy a car of a similar age I.e. 2-3 years old with low mileage. Having looked at many online sites I found a BMW that suited my requirements and contacted S James Prestige who were the dealer listed. I had a good conversation with Khloe from the sales team and felt that they were a reputable company offering a good service so I paid a deposit to secure it before going to their offices in Stamford to see the car. It was a couple of weeks before I was able to do this but when I did finally see the car it lived up to the description and pictures I had seen on line. Paying the invoice and taking the car away was straightforward and I am completely happy both with my purchase and the service from this dealer.

*WARNING AVOID* Arrived to pick up the vehicle, after checking it over I found the remote fobs did not work and neither did the keyless entry. After speaking to the salesman Josh, he said it was working. Which was untruthful as the keyless entry button had been removed and chucked in the centre console. After messing about with it in their workshop while i waited, they said it was a faulty module. They agreed to pay for it to be repaired, which they are now REFUSING TO PAY or acknowledge it even happened. *Also other points to note* *The Vehicle body work is butchered to fit the upgrades they offer, the underside pan has been hacked away to fit the rear diffuser. *The alloy wheels they use are of shocking quality and the company that make them only sell them in a set of FOUR!!, so if you damage one your left with a massive repair bill. *The tyres are the cheapest of the cheap, we had a flat, and because of the very odd size of the tyre we had to wait 3 days for a tyre after hunting around. Basically, if you want a basic German car, that looks good but will cost you in the long run, then this is the place. All they do is chuck a cheap front grill on, put some mega cheap alloys on, mega cheap odd tyres on and leave you with a faulty car. Please also see the other reviews on here further down. I will literally make it my mission to cost this company the amount it will cost me to fix something i was lied to about via my SM platform. *PLEASE AVIOD*

Easy phone call with Chloe to agree a price - with deposit. A few days later the transaction was completed with no hassle. Nice people, great service- 5*.
