First of all, to all those who leave negative reviews stating the alloys are fake, the body kits are fake, the window tint is not real glass tint. S James Prestige told you this in writing in the invoice long before you paid for your car. The ones saying the customer service is bad couldn't be further from the truth. My experience has been nothing but fantastic. Especially with Khloe. Kind, professional and goes the extra mile for her customers. Any questions or concerns I had I knew I could go to Khloe and have them resolved almost immediately with confidence. Upon arrival I felt no pressure, to do anything. The sales consultant on the day, was more than happy for me to sit in the car and inspect it for as long as I wanted. Taking it on a test drive was a breeze, I left my licence, he gave me the trade plate and said "have a blast!". The car, which is a BMW 120i 2018 MSport, is fantastic. They really do an amazing in house job of upgrading it cosmetically. They use high-quality replicas, and I am totally fine with that. I couldn't care less in fact, especially as I was told in advance! You often feel a bias negativity towards dealerships, are they going to rip me off? are they genuine or going to be gone tomorrow? Their site is gorgeous, I was actually very impressed with its setting. All staff were friendly and professional. The car, and cars I saw there were divine and overall I am one happy camper. If you have a choice I'd ask for Khloe, just make your life easier and choose her! I will give a 4.5/5. The one negative thing; on arrival I was told I could only make payment by bank transfer. Which I was not told previous to my arrival. In fact I was told I could pay by card, like most places. Luckily for me it didn't matter as I know my details and used their computer to sign into my bank, but if you were like me and drove 4 hours to get there, and didn't know your login details. Well let's just say you'd be pretty upset. All in all, great car, service and experience. Bought April 2021.
