We had a very good experience when buying our car from Sandles Car Supermarket. The staff were very friendly, with special thanks to our contact throughout the whole process, Lloyd. Nothing was too much trouble. We were left to inspect, and test drive the car at our leisure, no pushy salesman :-)) Sandles agreed to replace the two, worn front tyres, and we paid a little extra for a known brand. We made our decision, and picked the car up a week later. All in all a very easy and pleasant experience. Thanks to Lloyd, and all Sandles staff. Stewart & Linda.

We have been looking for an audi for a few weeks, saw what we were looking for at sandles, on first visit we were handed the keys to look at our leisure and we were not disappointed, liam was our salesman and was very good and gave us all information we needed and was not pushy. Travelled to Kings Lynn to see car and the price on the car and the website was the same, but when i went to buy it they said they are now putting it up by £500 ????? This is definitely an illegal practice, stay clear
I was very reassured in our conversations before arriving at Sandles. The family business ethics have clearly remained and their values are clear, to provide the best service for each and every customer. A very happy customer.
My daughter purchased a car from Sandles Car Supermarket just before Xmas. After a week it developed a problem with the clutch, contacted Sandles Kevin rang me back and booked it in to have it checked. After checking car was booked in courtesy car provided and kept informed of progress. Collected car perfect .now excellent after sales service. Would highly recomended.
Sandles Car Supermarket is not a bad place to go and buy a car. I brought one from here recently. The salespeople didn’t really know many questions I asked, all answered “I think so”. As soon as they got the money off me they didn’t really care after that. I had issues with the car, they said they would look at it, which they did, but still the same problem when I got it back, they kept fobbing me off. Wouldn’t buy another car from them at all. As I said - they only want your money.
I purchased a Ford Focus ST from Sandles Car Supermarket in April. Due to the car being used on the continent frequently it was agreed with the salesman that the car would be MOT'd and serviced (12 months from previous service). The car was MOT'd but not serviced. Sandles claim that their cars are only ever serviced if due according to mileage, and not time. Very disappointed as it was agreed with the salesman. Car subsequently broke down as a direct result of it not being serviced and I had to pay for expensive service in Germany.

Purchased a bmw 335d m sport over the phone from Sandles Car Supermarket and went to pick car up the mileage had 2000 miles more than was told and car was not even clean and when I questioned the mileage and the car not being cleaned the salesperson said are you trying to get money off! I couldn't believe I spent £26000 and salesperson was so rude and unprofessional.
I purchased a Honda Civic from here back in July. The car was really nice and clean and in good condition and up to now I have had no problems with it at all other than having the wrong mats but this isn't a huge issue. The dealers have been helpful and friendly and I would recommend them.
