I bought a car from Sandles Car Supermarket about 3 weeks ago 3 years old 76k very good detailed service history the staff are very easy to deal with and considering the variation of makes. The couple of guys I dealt with seemed fairly well versed. The cars I looked at were all very well prepared, since buying the car I have had a service light come on, so I phoned them and they made an appointment to suit me to plug the car in to find if there was a fault, which revealed a temperature sensor gone down and would order a new one to be fitted while I wait next week. You can't get any better service then that.

Sandles car supermarket didn't do anything wrong but they could have been a little easier to deal with. The engine cover was missing and they umming and ahing about it, if I was selling a 20k car I wouldn't make such a fuss over such a cheap fix. They seemed too focused on profit rather than their customers satisfaction.

Sandles Car Supermarket treated me very well, it was a long trek from Leicester but aside from having battery changed the car hasn't had any problems so it was worth the trip. I would recommend them to any buyers looking in the area.
