Horrendous, in the 4 months I had the car, problem after problem. Repair bill was over £6000 for a car I bought for £5500!!! Had to trade it in which I only got £1700 for. Dealer didn't even discuss the problems with me, just referred to his legal advisors. Steer clear

At Silver Birch we utilise our legal service to ensure all customers are treated fairly and within the law. The issue encountered with your gear box was covered by 'wear & tear' under the conditions of your warranty where you would have received a reconditioned gear box with a 2 year unlimited warranty. We are sorry if this falls short of your expectation of putting a brand new Audi gear box into your 10 year old vehicle. Darrin & Alison
