I had a great experience buying a car from this dealer. The car was exactly as described and Darrin answered all of my questions prior to seing the car. VW Transporter Could not be more impressed with the service provided by Darrin. From initial phone call, to providing additional videos and photos of the vehicle, to meeting him and discussing all aspects of the vehicle. I met Darrin when a friend of mine bought a car from Silver Birch a couple of weeks ago. My friend 'M' knows way more about cars than I do, and is someone I trust implicitly, especially with anything to do with cars. When I dropped 'M' off, I saw first hand the care Darrin took to make sure everything was 100% in order. I decided to keep an eye on his website and within a week he had a car way cheaper than anything similar which I was interested in. I now have that car outside. For those of you of a certain age, or indeed any age, Darrin proves there is an exception to the rule: If you look carefully enough, you can find a genuine car dealer who is honest, genuine and a pleasure to work with. Recommend him with no reservations, go and see for your self! PS I never met him before, I am not his mate posting a positive review under pressure. This review is 100% genuine :) Mike

Great place to buy a car from, really helpful genuine cars genuine dealer and I don't say that lightly. It was well worth travelling 228 miles there and back, Darrin is a great guy and we now own a lovely Kia Sorrento

First class experience from Darrin and silver birch motor company. After searching for the right BMW X3 for months, we came across silver birch motor company by chance on autotrader. Quick phonecall and we had put a deposit down within minutes based on the confidence given from speaking to Darrin and viewing his walkround video. My wife travelled from West Yorkshire on the train, and Darrin even offered to collect her from the train station. The car is absolutely first class, beautiful condition, top spec, low mileage and exactly as described. Darrin would be my first port of call whenever looking for a new car again without hesitation. The whole experience from start finish has been superb, and I can honestly say the stock that Derrin gets is second to none. Thanks again, all the best.

From the moment I arrived at Silver Birch I was made to feel special,the car I went to see was in immaculate condition throughout and far exceeded my expectations, all original books,service history, two keys and the sales person Darrin Perris was a delight to deal with (no hard sell)., I was left on my own to check over the vehicle in my own time which was much appreciated (thank you Darrin). check over the vehicle and nothing was to much trouble for Darrin.

Needed a quality Van for my business and found this company on the net. I have never experienced customer service quite like this. This is the benchmark for customer service and attention to detail. Arguably the very best I have seen. The Van I purchased was exactly as described. Mint, low mileage, and in excellent condition, with a full service history. I'm so glad that I chose an independent dealer to help me with my transportation needs. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone - absolutely delighted.
