Brought our 66 plate 3.5k miles on the clock last year. Only this year find out whilst trying to get a quote from a few body work places that it's been previously damaged on the side and doors, and a 2nd rate job of filling and spraying ( to the trained eye) Gutted that I have paid so much for a previously damaged van and it's taken the shine off owning my own camper. Wish I'd gone to a VW dealer where I might have had some comeback.

Many thanks for placing your comment. We do not buy and repair damaged vehicles and a high percentage of our vehicles are sourced from VW main dealers. We do not buy any vehicles requiring paintwork, as the cost of body-repairs would actually outweigh any reduction in cost of the vehicle, furthermore we always endeavour to sell the very nicest vehicles we can find and not having a body-shop this gives us great difficulty with resale. Clearly there are many vehicles on the road that have had some bodywork at sometime in their lives and this is something that does occasionally happen, even on the newest vehicles, however I can once again assure you that on no occasion do we buy any vehicile with previous major accident damage/write offs and I hope that this does not, otherwise, affect your overall enjoyment of your vehicle. with kindest regards Antony
happy with the service I received from Southbourne Cliff Motors. i purchased a Transporter back in July and up to now I have had no issues with it at all. It was very nice and clean and in good condition and I have had no issues with it at all up to now. I would happily recommend.
