I was looking replace a Jaguar XF after mine was written off by a buffoon in a motor home. I saw a beautiful Italian racing red 3.0 TD XF on their website that ticked all the boxes at a cracking price. Despite being 180 miles away I telephoned the dealership and spoke to Phil. who described the vehicle in detail and paid a deposit over the phone. (reassured that it was refundable if not happy with vehicle. He then sorted out the retention certificate of my plate whilst on the phone. He was happy that it would be 2 to 3 weeks before I was likely to receive insurance pay-out and get over to collect. 2/ 1/2 weeks later travelled to Spalding. Vehicle was exactly as described - mint. Paid and drove off. Service was first rate in every respect. A long way to go but would not hesitate to use again, a rarity in the car buying field.
