Came in to Speedway Motorcycles to purchase my first 125 bike, had no idea what I was after however the staff were so helpful. Must have sat on around 10 different bikes that they pulled out for me. Very welcoming. Would highly recommend anyone to buy from Speedway.

Bought a pre reg bike from Speedway Motorcycles went smoothly however from day one the bike didn't I've emailed and called speedway to be told its new its breaking in etc etc took it to my local for a service and he wasn't happy stating the bikes dangerous and should never have been sent out with the massive flat spot it has and that its nothing to do with running it in that's an excuse from speedway they agreed to call the dealer to pay for a carburettor clean that never happened leaving me to pay now the bike runs so badly its being sent back to England to be looked at only then will they refund me any costs I've incurred if they feel the service wasn't done right a lot of misinformation from this dealer and promises they don't fulfill

We travelled all the way from Cambridge to purchase a bike from Speedway Motorcycles, my boyfriend had been looking forward to this so we made the nearly 2 hour trip. We arrived to not accepting credit cards, ok so we said we would do the finance, taking my details, at no point did he make any discussion of accessories and when we discussed delivery address the guy( we presume owner) said this was outside their free delivery area-it was 1.7 miles over, there was no consultation or assistance for this purchase instead he shut the computer down- didn’t even do the check or ask if we thought of other options, it was like he was not bothered?! What a waste of time and energy!

Brought bike really nice people and they sorted it no problems what so ever

I recently bought a motor cycle and the service I received from the staff at Speedway Motorcycles was second to none . The friendly staff really went the extra mile for me to assist me with my purchase ! Thank you all of you ! Would recommend to anyone .

Been to many shops but none like this. The guys are great very informative all round and shop was clean and tidy... will use again

I purchased a Ducati Monster from their ebay trade advert. When I attempted to in sure it I was informed that it had been a cat C write off! As this was a trade sale I presumed that I would be protected. But when contacted they pointed to the disclaimer on their Trade advert stating that it was a Private sale on behalf of one of their mechanics ! This supposedly allows them to hide that the bike has been written off. Very underhanded dealing which I am pursuing via trading standards. I would suggest avoiding dealing with this company
