Hi, I would like to share this experience. I found my dream car around 184miles away from where I live and decided to get there and see the car myself before buy. My best buddy was so kind and took me to this amazing car enthusiasts. From the first moment I felt like someone important, it was clear that these guys are not only selling cars they make sure the cars are prepared and looks amazing. Loads of advice and happy to answer for all your questions and help you with any queries you my have. I was worried that I might of take this trip for nothing but I was wrong. Car is SIMPLY amazing. After searching online for a car for a few weeks we found the perfect car advertised at spire cars. It was a good 2 hour drive away so called to ensure the car was still available and to confirm opening times. Whoever took the call was polite and personable. After driving to view the car, it was in immaculate condition, we were given plenty of time to view the car and test drive. We then were able to negotiate a good deal for a part ex and purchase price. The whole process was easy, professional and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend using spire cars!

My sister bought a CLA from Spire Cars and I cannot thank you guys enough. They honestly do go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Im always cautious when buying away from main dealer garages, however after my sisters experience there, I will definitely have Spire Cars as my first option when buying new cars from now on and will always recommend them to anyone that asks! Thank you very much everyone at Spire Cars. Honestly much appreciated and I will definitely be back for myself if you have anything that catches my eye when I’m due an upgrade!

Saw a car on Auto Trader which looking at the details I immediately knew that it’s going to be mine, called the place and the Fari was super helpful. Went the next day to view and test drive the car and found that it’s exactly as described. A gentleman named Ali helped me with the drive and the paper work, I was given a 5 day drive away insurance, 6 months warranty & a breakdown cover for a year. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you Ali & Fari I will definitely be recommending you to my circle of friend.
Told him what our budget for the car was and he said u shouldn't even be looking here and then told them a suitable price for the car and he said "Don't insult us!"
After reading other bad reviews I still thought I would give this dealer a chance, boy was I wrong! I had agreed a price, confirmed pick up, was 3 miles away after a 4 HOUR DRIVE to North London, only to receive a call from the dealer to tell me that they had just sold the car to someone else for a better price. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DISHONEST. AVOID DEALING WITH SHOWAN AND THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Dear customer; Thank you for your feedback, We apologise that if our service did not meet your expectations. You called our dealership and spoke to myself on 25/10/2019 at 6pm inquiring about a car. You offered an amount considerably less than the asking price which was declined. You then said you can’t buy the car because it was above your budget. There was no agreement in place nor a holding deposit and therefore the vehicle was still up for sale and got sold before your arrival. We also took the courtesy to inform you that the vehicle was no longer available and expressed our apologies for the inconvenience caused. You have left multiple reviews regarding the above matter on different sites between yourself and your parents, yet they all contradict each other – neither of which are aligned to the same story. I just struggled to get anything out of the salesman named Fary. I was enquiring about the BMW 4 Series convertible they have for sale but it was painfully getting any information out the sales guy. I asked had he validated the BMW service as there is no service book and the sales guy simply said the owner said it had BMW service and so it should have BMW service. I was going to buy this car blind because the reviews I've seen regarding this company had been complimentary but I ended saying straight to Fary the salesman on the phone, "you don't want to sell me this car" and on that note bid him farewell. Shame really.
