Kept me updated the whole time, and communicated with me at all times to make sure I was never left in the dark. Really satisfied with my purchase and would absolutely use these guys again.

Such an easy handoff process. This was my first time buying a car from these guys and I would definitely return and recommend them to others. The customer service team did a fantastic job of keeping me updated throughout the process, as the process was done online and the car was sent to me. When the car was delivered, it was clean and valeted to perfection.

James was such a star, he was incredibly patient with me. I took my daughter with me, and initially, I only intended to buy a car for myself. However, she saw a Fiat 500x and fell in love with it. It was just right for her, so I ended up walking away with two cars. James was really helpful, handling everything for us, and he made the process a lot easier than I anticipated. Buying two cars at the same time is not straightforward, but he made it simple and hassle-free. I did end up spending more money than I had planned, but my daughter and I are both really happy with our new cars, so we couldn't be more chuffed.

They were incredibly friendly, and the car was in fantastic condition at a very reasonable price, making it an easy choice for me Since having the car, it has been driving smoothly. They have been pleasant, professional, and easy to work with. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with my decision. I have no complaints whatsoever and can’t think of anything they need to improve on.

After I saw the Vauxhall Astra advertised online from Spirit Motor Company, I found the advert very informative, so I headed over to see the car. The staff were all lovely and welcoming, and they were very knowledgeable about the vehicles. I have had my Astra for about a month now, and its a great addition to my day-to-day life.

James at the Spirit Motor Company was excellent. He was patient, helpful, and straight to the point when answering any questions about the cars I was interested in. He made the whole process relaxed and stress-free, especially for a woman like myself who can feel nervous about these things. My daughter was equally impressed. But I got a brilliant Suzuki that runs amazing! I tried to post a review on Facebook to share my positive experience, but I'm not that tech savvy, so thought it would be best to keep it simple. I'm very happy with my Range Rover Evoque and the 5 star rating is well worth it because of how Kaz has been after the sale! He is nothing short of brilliant and really topped off my experience. I wouldn't hesitate to get a car from here for my wife, when she's in the market for an upgrade.
