I recently purchased a car from john at sr motor company and I received a top level of service.John made sure my new pride and joy was spotlessly clean and ready for the time promised.thanks again guys I will be back when I decide to buy my next car.

I had such a bad experience with this company. God only knows how the car I bought from them got through its MOT. Phoned the MOT company and they would not answer any questions. On checking with a local garage, it was established that the brake pads were in a terrible mess and a side light was so rotten away, it cannot of been working for some time. I booked the car in with SR Motors to check everything and arrived at the garage I bought the car at. On arrival the gates were all chained up. On phoning the number on the gate, I was told I was at the wrong garage. Not one person advised which garage I was suppose to attend. Finally on arrival, SR Motors would not entertain fixing any of these problems. SR Motors would not entertain fixing any of these problems. Both these issues would of failed the MOT. I threaten that I would go to trading standards and I was faced with a barrage of rude comments.

Saw my old car for sale at SR Motor Company. Double the price, just go straight to auction & buy it for what it is worth .these people need a parkers guide !!!!!!!!!

After reading a few negative reviews I felt obliged to share my experience of the customer service I received from SR Motors. I recently bought a BMW M3 e46 on 3rd May, a week later I discovered a broken rear spring and dealt with Jonathon. He understood and agreed that it’s good practice to replace both sides so we had an agreement that I would replace one and they replaced the other. A few weeks later I found an issue with the rear differential and after some research found that the diff required an oil change and this time Kash helped arrange the BMW OEM oil Replacement. I also had the car checked over by an independent and the comment was that it was a great example of this car and the issues above are usual wear and tear you can get from a 16 year old performance car. My experience has been a good one and I would recommend this dealership and would use them again if I see another car i’d Like.

Car back brakes where extremely bad and the back left alloy bolts sheered of due to not being tightened enough. Guys sold me a car that nearly killed me and my pregnant girlfriend. At no point would SR Motor Company answer calls from me.

I recently (4 months ago)purchased a car & found every 2nd week facing a new problem with that car. They hidden the faults and don’t telling the customer. Don’t deal with them.

Don't deal with SR Motor Company, Stay well clear take your money elsewhere.

Looked at a few cars and have to say John advised me on the best one for my age ( Insurance Groups ), I am delighted with what I bought and Service I received. Would definitely recommend SR Motor Company.
