I have worked as a child minder for the last few years and therefor needed a large car to fit all the kids in, I no longer do this so I can get MY Car back! I went with a Vauxhall Crossland X and love it so much! I changed the headlights as one of the bulbs went but thats wear and tear which couldn't be helped, and due to an issue which came up a couple days before the collection which effected my trade in price, aside from these two little things which couldn't be helped, the whole process was faultless and felt really personal. I will happily do business with SR Motor Group again and would happily recommend them to everyone.

All is well with our new car, my wife is incredibly happy with it and is out in it everyday. She uses it as a run around mostly but has to take quite a long drive once a week and says it's just as good on long journeys as the short one, it's really comfortable, smooth through the gears and plenty of space for what we need. The staff were pleasant and professional throughout, service has been top tier, I am still waiting on the handbook but have received the spare key. My only bit of feedback I could offer is to speed up the sending out of any missing bits. I do have faith in the dealership and I am confident I will receive them soon.

When buying a used car, unforeseen things can happen and one big thing I appreciate about SR Motor Group in Swindon, is the pride the staff take in the business and the responsiveness to problems which occur. I had an issue which the car was turning over for 5 or 6 seconds before starting, the garage took the car back and very quickly rectified the issue. The issue has come back and I am yet to highlight this but it isn't of massive concern and I am confident I will have the adequate support when I do call. I am really happy with SR Motor Group Swindon as a company and love my new car!

I am incredibly happy with the car and service received from SR Motor Group in Swindon. Before the sale, the team were attentive, listened to our requirements well and offered good, valid suggestions to us. During the sale, the team explained everything about the cars very well, everything seemed very well organised and the team all seemed to work well together. After sales care has also been impeccable, I had an issue which was addressed quickly, an explanation was provided for what this would be and a resolution provided. The issue was minor, a little water leak when using the air conditioning, Aside from this, the car runs well,looks great, I have never owned a Q3 before and it's one of the best cars I have had!

The car is going really well, I came over from America in August and the cars are defiantly a lot smaller over here. I had a Kia Optima before I came over and have gotten myself a 3 Series. I love the car, it's perfect for me and what I need it for. Customer service was exactly as I had hoped and overall, I'm very satisfied with the service received. Good work SR Motor Group!

Made up with my new Audi Q3, it's a great motor and was really good value for money. I was looking for a Q3 for a god few weeks and SR Motor Group had the best price, model, lowest millage and I was really happy with the spec on the car too. The customer service was all carried out very well, I didn't feel pressured during the sale and the after sale care attention has been spot on.

Everything is going ok now with my car, there was a few issues with it when got it, just mainly the brakes were sticking on. We contacted SR and they re booked us in for it to be looked at. They fixed it for us, but then we did have to take back again for some wiring... They resolved the issues for me and the car is now perfect. I felt the team were easy to deal with when buying and when relying on further help after the sale. I got their in the end and the end result is I'm over the moon with the car and its working perfectly now!

Buying the car couldn't be easier, website was good to use to make appointment, test drive and viewing was on time and easy, simple to communicate with the guys and they gave me all bits of information and history to make a decision myself. Very pleased with my decision to buy the GLA.
