The staff are professional and very helpful and they help you to find the right car for you and they advise you on any questions you have clearly. I love my Toyota it's an excellent car and I really enjoy driving it, it is smooth on the road and is a reliable motor. We are really happy with the mini countryman, we have just had a baby this week and it is a perfect family car. The mini countryman is spacious, comfortable, stylish and it has a lot of features that make it ideal for families, the boot space is large enough to fit a pram, a changing bag and some groceries. We are also happy with the service from Niaz who was very helpful and friendly throughout the process. He answered all our questions and gave us a good deal on the car, he also followed up with us after the purchase and made sure we were satisfied with everything. We would highly recommend the mini countryman to anyone looking for a family car that is fun to drive, practical and reliable and we would also recommend Niaz as a great salesperson who cares about his customers. The sales guy was extremely helpful through the whole process from start to end it was a simple transaction, he really went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly and he was there to answer any questions when I needed him to do so. I'm over the moon with my Volvo V6, it is a smashing car and it drives beautifully. I will be certain to tell all my family and friends about my wonderful experience with SR Motor Group and I would not think twice about using them again when i'm looking to upgrade my car in the future.

A great car and really fair price. They were so easy to deal with and I was given all the appropriate information without any hard sales techniques that you get from main dealerships! I bought a car from SR in the past, it was a smooth and hassle-free process and I was so impressed by their service and professionalism I decided to come back to them again when I wanted to buy my second car. Niaz was really helpful. he showed me all the features and specifications of the car and let me test drive it. He was very patient and attentive and he answered all my questions and concerns I had. My Fiat is doing well and I enjoy driving it, I will be sure to come back here again when I fancy changing it for something else.

Absolutely superb customer service from this dealer, superb communication at all times with the sales team, they were really welcoming towards me and dealt with things in a professional and confident manner. I test drove a few different vehicles before deciding to go for the Vauxhall Astra which was most suited for me.
