The salesman was polite and professional, he was able to answer all of my questions with competence and gave me a thorough overview of the car’s features and specifications. He also arranged a test drive for me and made sure I was comfortable and confident behind the wheel. The car was in excellent condition both inside and outside. It was cleaned and valeted to a high standard and it looked as good as new. The handover process went smooth and it was stress free and I received all the necessary paperwork and documentation and the salesman explained everything clearly and patiently. Chris also called me not long after my purchase to make sure I was happy with the car and the customer service, I am 110 percent satisfied with my BMW and the service from here and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality car and a great customer experience. I only scored them 4 out of 5 stars because no one is perfect but they came very close to perfection. 🤞

The Audi I got from here is in mint condition and has low mileage. It is very smooth, fast and comfortable to drive. It has all the modern amenities and safety features I wanted such as leather seats, bluetooth, rear camera and more. We're loving the Toyota Rav 4 we recently purchased from SR Motors. It's the first time we've came across SR and we were immediately impressed when we arrived at the dealership. He armed us with all the information we needed in regards to the car, it's spec, mod cons etc whilst accompanying us on a test drive. After getting the car home we just love it! We bought the car within half an hour to an hour, there was no messing or hanging around at all! There is a slight knock in the engine but they have booked us in to get this sorted, so I can't fault them at all.
