I had a little issue with the sensor quite early on in the purchase but the team were marvellous in getting that sorted for us. They got it all finalised within the week and back to us, so I cannot fault them. Since then the car has been faultless, it is a lovely vehicle, highly recommend SR.

I would have to give SR Motor Group 5 stars because they deal with everything. When they said the car was ready it was and at the moment I have not had any problems with the car. Everything was explained nice and perfect. I have nothing bad to say about them.

My Volvo has been perfect actually, I can't fault it. I have done nearly 7000 miles in the car already and fair play to your company, you have done me proud! The customer service I recieved was excellent actually, what I liked was that your guys weren't pushy in the slightest. They gave me the keys, let me have a look around and take my time. With some salespeople they push and push the sale on to you, but with these I was allowed to make my own decision. I would recommend you to anyone, I thought it was a fantastic experience!
