Had some teething problems with my Volvo but these were addressed by SR when I raised it with them. Customer service on the whole was good for me personally I think I would have preferred good old fashioned calling rather than communicating via whatsapp but I can understand why this would suit some people better.

I have owned my Qashqai for a good few months now and touch wood I have had no issues with it what so ever. It drives well and the condition is as advertised. The guys at SR were great to deal with too!
