Me and my partner purchased an Audi from here before, but unfortunately it was written off. So when we were in the market for another car, we remembered the great experience we had here in th past and decided to check out what stock SR Motors Group had. We settled for the Mercedes A-Class with it being a similar car to our last, and it's been a great car. I can't think of anything that they could improve on to make it a 5 but everything went smoothly and the test drive topped it off. Great company to get a car from.

Initially I had an issue with the under tray of the car so I had to bring it back but the team. They quickly resolved the issue, which has since gone away. That'll be why I've not given 5 stars, but I've recently driven the car to Cornwall for a holiday and it's been great.

My MINI Clubman is running well. I did have a small issue, but the guys were quick to get it fixed without any hassle, and the car has been perfect since. The team is really good—I've been using them for years, and they're really trustworthy. The brilliant customer service is why I keep coming back. They're just down the road, 2 miles away if I had any issues. I've had 3 other Mini's that they've been looking after for years. I'd highly recommend them.

I'd buy a car from here again without a doubt. The customer service is exactly what you want from a salesman. My Peugeot Partner has been my daily car for 4 months and to this day I'm still happy with it.

The whole process was nice and relaxed, I felt I could ask questions I wanted as they were very helpful. The car recently went to Holland and back without any issues, so it's 100% confirmed the quality of the car for me because if it was going to go wrong that would be the time it could.

The van we purchased from SR Motor Group is our backup van for when we are really busy, and we've not needed to fill it to it's maximum load just yet, but for not everything has been good with it. The handover was very smooth when we collected the van and everything was on time. Top marks for SR.
